  • Surge in Buyer Interest: Buyer demand has increased, with the number of buyers contacting estate agents about homes for sale since Boxing Day up by 9% compared to the same period last year. 
  • Increased Sales: The number of sales being agreed between buyers and sellers is now 11% ahead of this time last year. 
  • Reduced Interest Rates: 0.25% reduction in the Base Rate and the prospect of further cuts will provide a major boost for both the property industry and the wider economy
